Responsibilities:

• Manages contracts with the different transportation companies within the USA.
• Negotiate and optimize the best transportation routes and rates with transportation providers.
• Ensures compliance with industry, transportation law and regulations.
• Ensures transportation companies carries update valid credentials and cargo insurance
• Keep track of the expiration date of the certificates of insurance for the transportation companies we contract with.
• Especially ensures compliance with the transportation of perishable products.
• Organizes transportation for outbound shipments to retailers and foodservice clients.
• Coordinates timely and accurate shipment of orders and shipping documents.
• Oversees the receipt and booking of deliveries to a warehouse, and the dispatch of goods to customers.
• Support sales and purchases in coordinating its transportation.
• Process retailer's orders in company's software.
• Keep track of inventory/programs for retailers and local sales
• Update retailer's platform.
